Who We Are

Dade Nursery and Primary School opened in 1995. It is a progressive year-round nursery and primary school (from Nursery up to Primary Seven) providing a child-centered approach to early learning, collaborative family atmosphere, and a safe, inspiring environment that encourages exploration and creativity. All who are involved with the school – families, children and educators – are responsible for creating and maintaining the school environment in a way that supports the mission of the school; our spacious and well-planned school and our high teacher-to-child ratio both help to support personalized learning and development outcomes for our children.

Our Curriculum

Dade employs a play-based, child-centered approach to early childhood education. Our curriculum is a dynamic, INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE that builds on the interests of young children and influences them in developmentally appropriate ways. It addresses the physical, socio-emotional, cognitive, language/communication, and self-help skills of children. Anything and everything that happens during the day, planned or unplanned, is a part of our curriculum. Our plan is to motivate learning and be responsive to our children.

Staff members strive to be aware of each child’s needs and learning readiness, and they attempt to meet these needs through a wide range of activities.
