Dear Parents/Guardians,

Warm greetings from the school, and thank you for the continued support and cooperation you show towards our school community. We truly value the partnership we share with you in nurturing and guiding our learners. Please take note of the following important updates:

Primary Section Break;

Parents are kindly reminded to ensure that pupils carry a container to place in the escort provided by the school. This helps us maintain proper organization and hygiene during school activities. We appreciate your support in this matter.

Thanksgiving Service;

Our Thanksgiving Service, which was earlier scheduled for Sunday, 15th March 2026 at the Church of the Resurrection in Bugolobi, has been rescheduled to Sunday, 22nd March 2026 during the 9:30am service.

Pupils are requested to attend smartly dressed in their school uniform (grey or green) as we come together in gratitude for the blessings of the school term.

Open Day;

We are delighted to invite all parents to attend our Open Day on Saturday, 21st March 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the school.

This will be a valuable opportunity to meet your child’s teachers, discuss their academic progress, and explore ways of continuing to support their growth. Your presence and involvement will make a big difference in your child’s success, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Educational Trip (Nursery – Primary 3);

To enrich our learners’ experiences beyond the classroom, pupils from Nursery to Primary Three will take part in an educational trip on Friday, 10th April 2026.

They will visit exciting and educational places like Fido dido, Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre and other sites in Entebbe, where they will learn more about wildlife and nature in a fun and interactive way.

Trip Details:

  • Contribution: UGX 70,000 per child
  • Payment Point: Bursar’s Office
  • Deadline: 31st March 2026

We encourage parents to support the children in participating in this trip, as it will provide a memorable and educational experience.

Cultural Day;

We are excited to announce our upcoming Cultural Day which will take place on Thursday 2nd April 2026 from 7:00am to 1:00pm at school! It will be a fun day with our pupils who are expected to come dressed in cultural wear representing their tribe, country or any other culture. It will be an amazing opportunity for them to learn different traditions, clothing styles and food.

Please note that this event is for pupils only, and parents will not be attending the activities during the day.

Communication;

We kindly encourage all parents and guardians to actively follow updates shared on the school WhatsApp group. This platform allows us to share important information quickly and ensures that you stay informed about school programs, activities, and any urgent announcements.

Thank you once again for your continued cooperation, trust, and commitment to your children’s education. Together, we can continue to help our learners grow, learn, and succeed.
