KEY HIGHLIGHTS
Communication from head teacher.
- He started his communication by introducing himself to the parents and welcomed them into the new year.
- He thanked God for the gift of life, protection, favour and providence upon the school.
- He went ahead and thanked the director for the precious work of making sure the school keeps shining.
- He reminded parents the arrival time and departure time as 7am -4pm and encouraged parents to critically observe the time allocated.
-He also reminded parents about the safety of the children not to pass behind cars when parked. He went on and asked parents to always notify the teachers about the people supposed to pick their children in case of any changes and also informed parents that the school hired security personnel to keep security in the school.
- He then advised parents to always keep the sick children at home and bring them back after treatment and asked them to always inform the school in case of absenteeism of a child.
- He thanked parents for equipping their children with scholastic materials and paying school fees on time.
- He informed parents that the homework shall be done at school with the guidance of the teachers and role of the parent is to read through, comment, and sign.
- He encouraged parents to always read the circulars that are sent to them for smooth participation in school activities.
- He informed parents about the performance of last year’s PLE as 9 first grades and 9 second grades and the best candidate having 6 aggregates.
- He told parents that for the school to improve its performance, parents must be involved in all school activities, checking children’s work and following up children more so those that have difficulties in learning.
- He informed parents of the tours in first term and the tour fee will be 70000 shs.
- He also asked parents to support their children and pay for them to get involved at least in one game respectively.
- He talked about activities in the term that include; cultural day, open day, sports day, thanks giving and tours.
- He asked parents to update their whatsapp number (0782116375) for easy communication and urged them to properly monitor the children at home with people they interact with and what they watch, read from the television and other media.
- He lastly told the parents that the school still has few vacancies to offer in all classes.
Communication from the Director.
- She welcomed parents and thanked them for the support and love for the school.
- She urged them to always keep time and respond to the school’s call.
- She emphasised the point of safety in the school where she advised parents to always be conscious while dropping children.
- She informed them about the skilling and advised them to support children for proper growth.
- She also talked about results of P7 that they are genuine and our children out compete other children that they meet in different schools.
- She urged them to always come on board and forward their contribution as far as the development of the school.
- She concluded by wishing the parents lots of love and blessings.
